Sending more students to college through free STEM Education
A SEPARATE APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH STUDENT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ENROLL.
1. Proof of Age (Birth certificate)
2. Parent/Guardian Legal Identification (Drivers
License, DMV ID, passport, or other government issued
photo ID)
3. Proof of Residency (utility bill, official government mail,
or signed affidavit)
4. Immunization Record
5. Other documents as necessary (IEP, custody
agreements, court orders, name change documentation, transcripts, etc.)
Please have these documents ready to submit. If you need support uploading the documents you may submit them in person to the front office.

de conducir, identificación del DMV, pasaporte u otra
identificación con fotografía emitida por el gobierno)
3. Comprobante de domicilio (factura de servicios públicos, correspondencia oficial del gobierno o declaración jurada firmada)
4. Registro de vacunas
5. Otros documentos según sea necesario (IEP, acuerdos de
custodia, órdenes judiciales, documentación de cambio de
nombre, expedientes académicos, etc.)
Completing registration is the most important part of the process.
Completar la inscripción es la parte más importante del proceso.
STEM Prep Schools are public schools of choice, so all interested students must complete an enrollment application before being admitted. STEM Prep Schools does not charge tuition, is non-sectarian in admission policies, programs, and all other operations, and does not discriminate against any student, parent, community member, or employee on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or disability.
All students are welcome at STEM Prep. No student academic information will be requested at the time of application or used in determining acceptance to any of our schools.
You are encouraged to submit an application as soon as possible to give your student the best chance of being accepted. For 2025-26, we will continue to accept applications until all spots are filled.
All applicants will receive an email and letter in the mail confirming their acceptance or placement on the waitlist.
All accepted students will receive additional instructions to complete their registration paperwork.
