Hiring Policy

STEM Preparatory Schools (“STEM Prep”) believes that hiring qualified and diverse faculty and staff contributes to the overall strategic success of the school to provide a socio-economically, culturally and racially diverse community of students with an exceptional public education.  Each employee is hired to make significant contributions to the STEM Prep’s mission and vision.

The faculty, staff and administration recognize the importance of an effective hiring process that reflects mutual professional responsibility and interest in achieving the common goal of hiring outstanding faculty who best meet the needs of students.
